Initial session $150
Subsequent sessions $120
All sessions are 60 minutes
Insurance
I am currently able to accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, ConnectCare, McLaren Medicaid, Meridian Medicaid, McLaren Commercial, Cofinity, and several EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs).
*PLEASE NOTE – if you have insurance other than what is listed above, I am able and willing to work with your insurance on accessing and utilizing your out-of-network benefits. These benefits are often the same as your in-network benefits; and also offer a few other options that in-network benefits may not. Please contact me at (989)423-8945 or reflectionsprofcounseling@gmail.com if you have any specific questions regarding accessing these benefits.
If you do not have insurance, do not want to utilize your out-of-network benefits, or do not have out-of-network benefits available, I am willing to see clients at a cash rate on a sliding scale. Often times, this fee is comparable to the co-pay you would pay through your insurance, and I currently have openings available for new clients. Also, as mentioned above; I am also able to work with you and your insurance company to use out-of-network benefits.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
